A Judge of a High Court
1) Cannot be transferred to another High Court
2) Can be transferred to another High Court on the recommendation of the Governor
3) Can be transferred to another High Court on the recommendation of the Chief Minister of a State
4) Can be transferred to another High Court by the President after consultation with the Chief Justice of India
