Counseling is the activity of the counselor, or a professional who counsels people, especially on personal problems and difficulties. It can become effective when It provides an opportunity for free expression, involves environment. Also much involvement of councellor, much effective conseling takes place. Therefore, we can say that personal interview is not a characteristics of counseling.
