Solution
One, two, two, three, three, .... sides of the hexagon are missing sequentially. The sides which are missing in any of the figures lie alternately to the R.H.S. and L.H.S. of the sides missing in the preceding figure. Moreover, one extra dot is added to the figure in every second step and the pre-existing dots move clock wise.
